The stay was very nice, I enjoyed it. The staff generally was very helpful and view for the room was very nice, I would have given 5 stars but the only thing I didn’t appreciate as solo female traveller, when I called for my bags to be brought down before checkout, the staff for some reason started inspecting the room instead of just taking the bag which is what I called for, to be honest it didn’t really make me feel safe, it was not his place to do the inspection and I would rather they do the inspection when I actually have checkout and I’ve completely left the room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience A fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality and Great Corniche View. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless, the facilities were great, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. Special thanks to Shabaaz, Ishaq, Housekeepers obviously and also Vipul for being always available assisting me with the local tour. And in-house restaurant The Taj Maharaja food is just superb. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay & Truly Value for Money! I recently stayed at The Castle Premium Hotel, Doha for one night, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, hygienic, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities and facilities. The front office staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, and I especially appreciated their kind gesture of offering me an early check-in, which made my arrival very convenient. The housekeeping service deserves a special mention—prompt, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The overall service and hospitality truly reflect a guest-focused approach. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro, cinema, downtown, shopping malls, Souq Waqif, Al Bidda Park and Doha Corniche, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The availability of parking is an added convenience. The in-house restaurant offers delicious food, and the gym is a great facility for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. Bad customer service

My stay it was My stay at this hotel was ridiculous at the first when I walk into the hotel I had the confirmation number as an appear on the email when I make the payment so I walk in to the reception I talk to the agent and the agent was unhelpful and he wasn’t respectful I show him the picture of the email that I screenshot it and then he said no show me the actual email so I showed him the actual email and then he said I couldn’t find your reservation then I said how come I make the payment already he start giving me a hard time and yelling at me and then he said I know my job and that’s what I’m telling you I cannot find it in the system go anywhere else and then I showed him the email again and then I showed him the confirmation number exactly where is it located and then he took like 15 minutes And then he said OK give me your ID and then I gave him my ID and he take the ID he starts older steps to check in and then after that I ask him for the parking hasn’t shown on the reservation it was a free barking when I ask him he said no there is not free parking it’s all fall and then I said how come where should I leave my car he said it’s not my business and then I said OK give me the card of my room the key and then I will park the car he said I won’t give you the key until you park your car with the really nosy words he wasn’t have a good behavior , It is not racism but although I was from Qatar I am local his he wasn’t supposed to act really bad customer service
