"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

"The room was spacious, a little old fashioned in terms of appearance. The restaurant was open until late with dinner served until 22.30. The breakfast was very good with selection of sweet and savoury dishes. There is a free shuttle that operates every 30 minutes and the journey to the airport is 5 minutes. "
