This cozy holiday 50m2 residency with PRIVATE 20m2 outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a fenced 100m2 beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation is offering an ideal setup for a relaxing holiday with your family, friends and pets.

Located in peacuful and quiet area of Šilo the apartment offers open space living/dining room connected with SUNNY GARDEN where you will find a SWIMMING POOL, sun loungers, external shower and covered sitting/eating area for your exculsive private use.

Apartment has ONE BEDROOM with queen size bed (160x200) and spacy built-in closet. In the LIVING ROOM you will find couch which tranfroms into comfty king size bed 180x200 or two separate single beds 90x200 suitable for two adult or kids, Smart TV, Satelite programs, Mini Hi-Fi System, FREE WiFi and Air conditioning.

In the KITCHEN you will find everything needed for easy and enjoyable cooking. Hot plate stove, big refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher and in the pantry Dolce gusto espresso machine, electric grill, pots&pans, toaster, kettle, salt, sugar and pepper.

BATHROOM has a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (toilet paper, hand liquid soap) and FREE use of laundry machine.

You will have access to the building (enterance) and the whole described apartment along with the private garden and swimming pool + 2 free parking spaces on premises.
I'll do my best to be present at your arrival.

*PETS are welcome with prior approval. Fee is 15€ per night/per pet. Max two pets weighing 10 kg or less.
*SMOKING is not allowed inside the apartment itself but guests shall still be able to smoke on the outdoor areas.
