  • The beautiful Villa Crassula is located on the island of Krk and is an ideal place if you want to spend your family vacation on this beautiful island. The villa has a large and spacious garden with lots of greenery. A private pool surrounded by sun loungers is the perfect place to refresh yourself on hot summer days. There is an outdoor dining area as well as a charcoal barbecue. The first floor of the villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. On the 1st floor you have two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV.

    The villa has a large surrounding area and accepts a smaller pet, while you also have two parking spaces at your disposal. If you want to escape the hectic everyday life and enjoy the beautiful island of Krk, then Villa Crassula is ideal for your well-deserved family vacation! The villa is located on the beautiful island of Krk and is the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, located in the Kvarner Bay and is considered one of the most organized and attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Good connection to the mainland, tourist offer, varied coastline full of small bays overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful nature, various possibilities for fun and relaxation, make Krk one of the most interesting tourist destinations. Some of the island's special features are that it has up to 2,500 hours of sunshine a year, about 1,400 species of land plants and hundreds of kilometers of hiking and cycling trails. Although Krk is the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, the island has a mild Mediterranean climate, the island has a favorable geographical position and offers many natural and cultural attractions. Es ist mir ein persönliches Bedürfnis, diese Bewertung zu schreiben - ein kleines Dankeschön für diese wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der Villa Crassula. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es war alles da, was wir so im Urlaub gebraucht haben. Besonders genossen haben wir die schattige Terrasse, auf der man sich zu jeder Tageszeit gut entspannen konnte. Die Villa liegt mitten im Dorf, sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos hier abgebildet - sauber, geschmackvoll und gemütlich! Die Gastgeberin Irena und ihr Sohn sind besonders herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben viele gute Tipps für Strände und Restaurants bekommen und wurden bestens (aber trotzdem unaufdringlich) versorgt. Danke hier auch noch einmal für das Geburtstagsgeschenk für unsere Mädels. Dieser Urlaub wird uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben und wir kommen sicher wieder. Wir geben mehr als die 5 verfügbaren Sterne!

Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Ferienhaus in Kroatien- mit der Villa Crassula und Irena haben wir es endlich gefunden. Die Lage (mittig der Insel) ist einfach perfekt für alle die es gerne ruhig und privat mögen aber eben nicht alleine und abgelegen im nirgendwo! Alle Ortschaften, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Krk sind innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist wunderschön ausgestattet (modern aber bietet auch einiges an Familiengeschichte) Die Gartenlandschaft, die Terasse, die Grillecke sowie der Pool sind einfach ein Traum. Generell fehlt es einem hier im Haus an nichts und es bleiben keinerlei Wünsche offen. Zu guter letzt möchte ich nochmal die Vermieter Irena hervorheben. Sie ist wohl eine der herzlichsten und bemühtesten Menschen überhaupt. Wir wurden so lieb von ihr willkommen geheißen und auch im Haus hatte sie uns einiges vorbereitet damit wir und auch unsere Hunde sich direkt wohl fühlen. Irena ist stets hilfsbereit und steht einem mit tollen Informationen rund um die Insel, lohnenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geheimtipps zur Verfügung. Wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Sie ist wirklich eine ganz besondere Gastgeberin der man am liebsten 6 von 5 verfübaren Sterne geben möchte. Von uns eine ganz klare Empehlung- Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wir hatten uns aufgrund der schönen Bilder und der vorherigen Bewertungen für die Villa entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Irena ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Liebevoll hat sie sich sofort um jeglichen Wunsch und Anliegen unsererseits gekümmert. Jederzeit war sie oder ihr Sohn ansprechbar. Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Auch der Garten um das Haus herum ist liebevoll angelegt, der Pool bietet eine angenehme und ausreichende Größe, dass die gesamte Familie darin Platz fand. Die Villa ist schön in einem ruhigen Bergdorf in der Mitte der Insel gelegen. Wer es aber trubeliger mag, ist an jedem Ort der Insel in kürzester Zeit. So manchen wertvollen Tipp für ein Restaurant oder eine schöne Bucht, konnte Irena uns mitgeben. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können jedem uneingeschränkt Ihr Haus empfehlen. „5 von 5 Sternen“. wir konnten uns sehr erholen und danken Irena herzlich. --- We had chosen the villa based on the beautiful pictures and previous reviews and were not disappointed. Irena is a wonderful hostess. She lovingly took care of our every wish and concern immediately. She and her son were always available. The house and the pool are beautiful, well equipped and well maintained. The garden around the house is also lovingly landscaped, the pool is a pleasant and sufficient size to accommodate the whole family. The villa is beautifully situated in a quiet mountain village in the middle of the island. However, if you like it more lively, you can get to any place on the island in no time. Irena was able to give us many valuable tips for a restaurant or a beautiful bay. We enjoyed our time there very much and can unreservedly recommend your house to everyone. "5 out of 5 stars". We were able to relax and thank Irena very much.
