Kitchen (10 sqm, not heatable) with gas stove (4 flames), electric stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Separate toilet (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
