Kitchen (10 sqm, not heated) with gas hob (4 burners), electric cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet. Separate WC (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
