There are three bedrooms on this level, one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and two with French beds (140 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two showers/WC on the ground floor.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/dining room with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony. There is one bedroom with sloping ceilings and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), as well as an open kitchen with two hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This level also has a shower/WC.
