「I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and pleasant this room was. As soon as the door was opened I could see the care that was taken. The beds were comfortable. The room was very well made up with nice looking bed spreads. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I forgot to bring shampoo/conditioner. The little packeted that were provided were not very good. I would definitely stay here again.」

Cut a chunk of screen out and placed through. Flimsy not secure. Good thing no criminal activity. Wouldn’t be hard to break in. The beds were ok but cleanliness around the beds was not pretty. 「Clean rooms - quiet location」

「Upon arrival to our upper floor room the air conditioner was not tuned in and it was super hot in the room. After using the toilet we noticed it would not flush. Then we noticed there was no cold water when we went to wash our hands. We notified the staff memeber working and he assigned us a different room. The handrail leading down the staircase was not securely fastened to the wall. In the second room the water in the bathroom sink wasn't draining. It looked like someone else was staying in...
