But what really made the stay special was the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, they remembered us and greeted us each time we returned. They even reached out via WhatsApp to check if we needed anything, which was a thoughtful personal touch that made us feel truly looked after. "This was an excellent hotel, I think we got very good value for what we paid - we got a pretty good deal. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the City so very walkable. The size of our room was very large, and the AC worked very well. The building itself is obviously older, but all of the technology, plug adaptors, etc. was all very modern."
