Separate Toilet.. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with sitting out area and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. This highly desirable holiday property with its own garden and private hot tub, is an idyllic retreat for couples and families. Set in delightful open countryside, where the friendly local pheasant ‘Billy’ comes to say hello! Stylish and equipped to a high standard making an ideal holiday home at any time of year, and the owner thoughtfully provides complimentary fuel for the wood burner.



Located just 13 minutes’ drive from the market town of Diss, which is plentiful with shops, cafés, and restaurants. The area is great for exploring the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk with its Heritage Coast, including Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold are all within easy driving distance. Hire a boat on the famous Norfolk Broads or, for thrill seekers, head to the areas only theme park, Pleasurewood Hills, or enjoy Great Yarmouth’s golden mile and funfair. Historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, famous for its cathedral, Georgian theatre, abbey and gardens, museums and markets, and the historic city of Norwich which also has a cathedral and market plus a wide range of shops, restaurants, and galleries to delight you.



Nearby you will find nature reserves, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Park, Banham Zoo, National Trusts Ickworth House and Thetford Forest, where you will find extensive walks and cycle trails. If you want a day out at the seaside, both the Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines are within an hour’s drive. Add in lots of nature, walks and cycle routes and you will soon see just why this area is such a popular destination for visitors. Beach 27 miles. Farm shop, pub serving good food 0.7 miles.

Amazing house

This property is stunning. The pics don’t do it justice for the space and quality. We loved it! So peaceful but with such a feeling of luxury. Would absolutely recommend
