「プレミアムキングの部屋にバスタブの写真がありバスタブ付きだと思い問い合わせたら ないと言われて困ったがホテル側が変更をしてくれて無事にバスタブを使えました。 大きすぎるのでお湯が」

「I stayed for 16 night in the 3 bedroom house. Very comfortable and clean. Would highly rate the stay. A couple of things not working but let staff know, at end of my stay. Wasn't urgent to mention as it didn't have any impact on my stay. Only consideration I would mention is to supply better cookware, eg: saucepan set. The other facilities were excellent, crockery, cutlery, microwave, kettle, glassware. All good and clean. Loved having a lock up garage for security. Quiet location.」

「Good stay」

「Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .」

「OK, so it's a real prison. And we were staying off-season, and by chance we were the only guests there that night... and the check-in was all automatic. So the whole thing was kind of surreal as we walked around the prison yard, reading the signs about historic prison life etc. You REALLY get the vibe of being in an old gaol, so don't stay there if you're going to get freaked out by things like that. Beds were comfortable, room had everything we needed, but again remember: prison vibe. On the...

「We were blown away by our stay in this wonderful property. It is small boutique hotel which has been immaculately restored by the owners. We had a suite consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It was well equipped, warm and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Commodore Hotel and the food was very good. This is one of the best places we have stayed in on our Australia trip.」

「繁華街から離れているので、車がないと不便。ビジターセンターから歩いて１５分程度。設備はとても良かった。」

「Amazing place to stay」

「Our suite was extremely spacious. Well appointed. Comfy bed. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. Reasonable location. Blackout curtains and wooden venetians worked well. The shower was a good size though leaked a lot and the tiles felt slippery or slimy not sure which - maybe both. There was a wooden shower base over the tiles to stand on. The spa bath was great. On the Friday night there was a lot of noise/music from downstairs in the bar until 1am. However Saturday and Sunday night is was...

「We only stayed for 1 night on the way to Adelaide but the hotel was excellent. Our room was huge, the food in the hotel was of a high standard and the staff couldn't have done enough to help us.」

「Good」

「Absolutely appalling and unacceptable behaviour from the motel owner! We simply wanted to extend our stay for one night, but due to poor communication between reception and staff, the owner turned up at our door without even knocking and rudely demanded why we were still there, insisting we pay first. We had absolutely no issue paying, but his arrogant, grumpy and disrespectful attitude was completely unnecessary. Such disgraceful customer service from someone running a hospitality business! A...

「Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. As nice as it is without an ability to sleep comfortably its not worth booking. Clearly the owner has cash! invest in a decent bed! and move.the aircon...

「no one at the office during office hours」

「This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier.」
