Bill Henderson was born 1950 into the Wei Wai Kum First Nation in Campbell River, BC. Since he was a child Bill watched his father create carvings and other art works. His masks, bowls, totem poles, paddles and other carvings are collected all over the world. Location: 2411 Spit Road. (September 2019)

"The Anchor Inn is a nice property overlooking the water. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. A fridge and microwave were also provided. Our room was on the first floor and it would have been nicer to have been at least one floor up as our view was mostly of the parking lot and was a bit noisier than if we had been up higher. Our only other issue was that there were no drawers or shelves to put our clothes in. There was a big closet which could have held a shelf...

"The restaurant/pub wasn’t open due to staffing shortage so we had to drive back to Powell River for dinner. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours. Clean room and bed was comfortable. Ocean is beautiful."

"Spacious for 2, well equipped kitchen , very nice bed and a good view. Unfortunately the semi constant road noise and lack of at least 1 comfortable seat lowered my rating. Should be 3.5"
