"La struttura è davvero molto bella, curata e piacevole, e nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo. Purtroppo, poco prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che, a causa di un problema nella camera prenotata, avremmo dovuto trascorrere la prima notte in un'altra struttura e trasferirci il giorno successivo. Trattandosi di un soggiorno di sole due notti, il disagio è stato abbastanza significativo e credo che la situazione, soprattutto inizialmente, avrebbe potuto essere comunicata e gestita con maggiore attenzione verso l'ospite. Detto questo, ci tengo anche a riconoscere che successivamente lo staff ha fatto davvero il possibile per rimediare. Alla fine tutto si è risolto nel migliore dei modi e abbiamo apprezzato molto il modo in cui hanno cercato di compensare il disagio. Peccato soltanto per la gestione iniziale, perché senza questo inconveniente sarebbe stato davvero un soggiorno eccellente. Purtroppo il servizio di Expedia é stato inesistente, 1 ora al telefono senza concludere nulla."

"Recepcja wspaniała, pomocna w rezerwacjach zarówno restauracji jak i atrakcji poza hotelem. Uwaga do pań sprzątających- już od 7.00 są bardzo głośne, a to mocno przeszkadza, zwłaszcza że klatka jest bardzo akustyczna. Śniadania bardzo dobre:)"

"The location was perfect in my opinion. On the main street right near the bridge to the old town. The old town is too inconvenient and touristy and crowded for an extended stay (I was there for a week), so I was glad to be just outside of it. The hotel could be reached by taxi or tour van and there are many shops and restaurants along this stretch. The hotel has a modern appearance and some comfortable chairs out front, like a front porch, which is a nice touch. On the other hand, there were certain negatives. Although the reception staff was always helpful and cheerful, the rest of the staff was much less so. The woman at breakfast seemed to loom judgingly as I selected my food, as though it were coming out of her salary, and the room cleaners were always a bit annoyed. They were also not very efficient and although they came in the room almost every day, they worked haphazardly. The elevator broke down after 3 or 4 days and was still broken when I left. The shower was cheap plastic and narrower than necessary. The TV only sometimes worked and then very badly."

"They made our stay absolutely memorable. We stayed in the BnB which was a 5-min walk from the hotel and close to everything. They had clear instructions and had everything we needed including beach umbrella/towels. Brunch was on the terrace and it was beautiful. Staff was super helpful with recommendations and coordinated the shuttle for the beach club as well."

"To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel"
