「It was our second time staying here. Our first visit was in the main building, this visit was in an adjoining building. We love the history of this place. The room we had was very roomy, the bed was comfortable and the building itself was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. I love staying here!」

Ontbijt was goed!」

「The staff at the desk were very helpful and accomplished. Located close to restaurants etc. Very cute place to visit.」

「I sustained an injury upon arriving in Rotterdam, so I headed straight to the hotel from the hospital to check in. I am sincerely grateful for the care and consideration shown to me during my stay. The staff's wonderful hospitality and the clean, comfortable room were outstanding. When I visit Rotterdam again after recovering from my injury, I would definitely love to stay here once more. Thank you very much.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovations, which were not stated prior to arrival. The room I was assigned was tatty and needing updating, and was not to the usual standard of room I have stayed in previously at this hotel. The renovations are bothersome, with the corridors covered in plastic sheeting including debris, and noise from the building works.」
