Villa Velox is a 5-room vacation rental apartment of 66 m2 situated on the 1st floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining room is equipped with a flat screen television and opens onto a 10 m2 balcony, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed composed of 2 mattresses of 90 cm each and 190 cm in length, also benefiting from direct access to a 5 m2 balcony with the same stunning sea views. The third bedroom is a small room of 8 m2 and contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that capsules for the De'Longhi coffee machine are available at an extra cost. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.
