Come and enjoy a sublime 180 degree sea view in this beautiful flat on the first floor of a typical Dinard villa, with direct access to the beach! From your living room, you can admire the beach of Enogat, accessible in 5 minutes, or the island of Cézembre or Saint-Malo while listening to the song of the waves.

Located in the heart of a peaceful and pleasant area, this accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay. You will have a large living-dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with access to a balcony on the garden side and a shower room.
A private outdoor parking space is available for all types of vehicles.
Bed linen and towels are provided, only for 2 adults.

The flat :
Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A large living-dining room, very bright with a bow window from which you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view! The room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs. For a total disconnection, the flat is not equipped with a television set, so you can enjoy the nature and the view!
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine etc...

Night space:
- A bright bedroom with a queen-size bed, large cupboards and access to the balcony on the garden side through a large glass door.
- A shower room with a shower, a large washbasin, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer as well as a toilet separated by a sliding door.

Note: unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children and babies, it can only accommodate two adults.

Outside :
- A private outdoor parking space is available for all types of vehicles.
- A balcony on the garden side with access to the room.

Neighbourhood:
The accommodation is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, in a peaceful, pleasant area and a stone's throw from the centre of Saint-Enogat where you will find everything you need: butcher's shop, bakery, restaurants, mini-markets, bars, market, etc.

Want to explore the surrounding area? The GR34 is located below the accommodation and takes you along the wonderful Emerald Coast to Dinard and Saint-Lunaire. You can also reach the Channel Islands, only an hour away by boat, or go to Mont-Saint-Michel!

During the summer months, come and discover famous regional events such as the Dinard British Film Festival, the Quai des Bulles or the start of the Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo!
