In the heart of Dinard, 400 meters from the Écluse beach, on the Place de la Poste, at the foot of the Market. This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure residence with elevator, and overlooks the garden at the rear of the building.
It comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a small west-facing balcony, a bedroom with electric double bed (160cm) and a shower room.
In the living area, a sofa bed (160x200cm) provides additional sleeping space.

Transport:

For a peaceful stay, you can park your car in the residence's private underground car park (accessible by lift). The accommodation has a private garage. Please note: the private garage is only accessible for city cars, as manoeuvring is very restricted for SUVs or estate cars. However, you can park your vehicle in the free public spaces in front of the residence or in the market car park (paid parking during high season).
