Appartement Dinard

Appartement clair et agréable. Bien situé. Matelas hors d’âge, taché, inconfortable bref à changer. Oreiller tous plus mauvais les un que les autres. Dissimulation de la saleté du matelas en proposant de dormir sur la face non prévu pour le sommeil. Dessus de matelas qui fait de la peine tellement il est distendu. Serviettes de toilettes spécial gommage de peau. Tapis de bain nul. Télévision du salon qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Interphone à réparer d’urgence. Sonne et ne s’arrête plus. Gérante très antipathique et désagréable.

Das beste: Auf der einen Fensterseite sieht man auf das Meer und auf der anderen Seite über die Dächer von Dinard. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aufgrund der Lage inmitten der Stadt alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Personen, die mit Treppensteigen ein Problem haben nicht zu empfehlen. XD VG

Cocon sur les toits

Excellent séjour pour le Nouvel An à Dinard. Les photos sont absolument conformes à la réalité vue sur les toits dans le séjour et sur la plage du Prieuré et St Servan ( St Malo) de la chambre. Cette vue dégagée se mérite, les escaliers sont un peu raides!! L’appartement est très bien situé proche des commerces et des plages, à deux pas de la promenade au Clair de Lune Je recommande grandement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Deux petits restos très sympas dans la rue.

4 étages à gravir qui en valaient la peine. Une maison aux escaliers en bois avec beaucoup de charme, un appartement spacieux et cosy : nous avons été conquis instantanément. Y revenir sera un plaisir que nous envisageons déjà !

La propreté n'était pas à la hauteur, douche bouchée, aspirateur obstrué par la poussière, rognures d'ongles sous les canapés. Les oreillers sont hors d'usage. Il faut les changer.

Joli appartement mais service interhome pas à la h

L appartement est très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Les vues sont très belles. Nous avons été très déçus du service de nettoyage. Il y avait des poils et cheveux sur le lit, le frigo avait des traces de doigts partout, il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles, je ne parle pas de dessous... Les couvertures dans mes armoires n étaient même pas pliées, elles étaient mises en boule dans les armoires et la poubelle de la sbd n a pas été vidée. En période de covid, mes attentes sont plus élevées.
