Beautiful, bright 67m2 flat in a quiet location, completely renovated in 2023.
Ideally located, close to the historic centre and port of the medieval town of Dinan. Less than 30 minutes from Dinard and the Emerald Coast, and 45 minutes from Mont St Michel.
Your accommodation will be comfortable, spacious and bright.
Well-separated day and night areas. Spacious living room, separate kitchen, 2 large bedrooms...
The little extra ? direct access to a nature trail leading to the port on foot.
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street next to the accommodation, where parking is free.

Dinan

Cet appartement en rez-de-chaussée est confortable, bien équipé et bien situé, à environ 15 mn à pied du centre de Dinan. Les contacts avec Virginie de la Conciergerie, à l'écoute de nos questions, ont été très agréables. Côté cuisine, tout est prévu. Toutefois, les poêles de belle qualité mais usagées demanderaient à être changées. Des couvercles seraient nécessaires ainsi qu'un mode d'emploi pour la plaque induction.Netflix prévu dans l'annonce n'était pas accessible.Appartement pratique et calme avec place de parking dans la rue toujours accessible.

Plongée en bretagne

Visite Ille et Vilaine, Côte d'Armor et Manche et de la ville de Dinan. Un seul problème durant ce séjour : l'utilisation de l'éléctro-ménager dans le loft : seule la bouilloire était d'une utilisation simple. Un mode d'emploi précis pour chaque appareil s'impose.
