Where do I even begin? When we went to pick up our keys, the code given to me wouldn’t work to get into the box and the lady inside the office was so rude, she even rolled her eyes when she had to come out and assist me. Awesome. The apartment was outdated and apparently you couldn’t drink or use the water, but we were never told in advance; they left a note on the counter. The beds were so uncomfortable, they had to be at least 20 years old, so no one slept well. Also, one of our keys wouldn’t work. We got locked out the apartment because of this and they were going to charge us to come and let us in. Amazing. Finally, when we went to check out, I tried to talk to the lady, who was standing on the other side of the locked door, to explain the key issue and she told me to call someone to explain. This is the most unhelpful, waste of money, worst experience I’ve had renting an AirBNB. I will NEVER rent here again. They know nothing about customer service and the fact they charge $2200 for this stay is absurd.
