2 Bedroom 2 bathroom cozy condo in Dillon Valley. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay for skiing or hiking, this place is perfect for you and your guests! West Dillon sleeps 4 with 2 full bed bunks in one room and a queen in the primary bedroom. Located in Dillon Valley West, one of the original condominimum complexes in Summit County built in 1979. Experience vintage Summit County at this value priced location. Located on the ground floor walk out level. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with TV and gas fireplace insert. There is a walk out patio with views to the West. 1 car assigned parking spot in front, and an additional 1 spot in guest parking first come, first served. 2 car maximum. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

This condo is 25 min or less to 5 top ski resorts. Keystone Ski Resort (10 minutes), Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort (15 minutes), Breckenridge Ski Resort (25 minutes), Copper Mountain Resort (18 minutes), Loveland Ski Area (20 minutes). Within an hour away is Vail Ski Resort. Frisco Adventure Park is about 15 minutes away and offers some great nordic skiing and tubing.

Centrally located in Summit County, just a few minutes away from several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores in Dillon and Silverthorne. The outlet mall in Silverthorne is 5 minutes away, the Dillon Lake Marina is just a few minutes away and to boat or kayak.

In the summer Dillon offers a great amphitheater on the lake promoting some of the best views the area has to offer! Great cycling paths and hiking trails nearby.

Bring your furry friend with you to this pet friendly unit! No dogs over 35 pounds please. One dog only. There is an additional $100 dog fee applied after booking.
This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.

There is a community pool and hot tub located in the clubhouse just a short drive away. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

The place was greasy and dirty. VERY nasty kitchen and bathrooms. The door and windows did not close. We had to clean out the window track just to shut the window so the cold air didn’t come in. The kitchen sink leaked and the maintenance person we spoke to never came back. The front door was made for an interior doorway. Not secure at all. An overall HORRIBLE experience. Unfortunately, I had to give stars in the rating when none were warranted.

The property worked well for us. However, it needs a good cleaning! (Especially the Floor boards, cupboards, kitchen drawers, carpets.) It was roomy enough for three of us. Parking was great. The initial supply of soap, shampoo & conditioner, and toilet paper was appreciated. Communication for check-in was great!

Wonderful experience

Very cute, clean and quiet. Perfect location close to mountains, hikes, Dillon lake, shopping and food. Such a pretty town. Easy to check- in/out. Great experience and had everything we needed to enjoy a full week vacation.

4th of July trip to the mountains

The property was perfect for myself and my two boys. We always enjoy going to the mountains and Lake Dillon. The condo had we needed and close to so many activities. It was a great getaway location.

This was a great place for our ski/snowboard getaway, and the communication with the property management was excellent. Great detail provided on everything we might have had questions about, and they were quick to respond to any texts or emails I sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet with bikeable neighborhood

My parents came in from out of state and we wanted to give them some time in the mountains. This was a great spot to base out of to go to Breck, Vail, Granby, and several other locations. The unit itself was recently redone. It has a very nice aesthetic. It was exceptionally clean as well. The property managers made it very clear that they were there to help with anything we could need. It is on a bus line with a stop only about 100yds from the unit. I was a bit concerned with the location relative to the interstate but the wall helped to keep the traffic noise down. Inside, we didn't hear it all all. Check in was very easy and contactless. Will definitely consider this again in the future.
