「The App kept telling me I have a message from the host, HOWEVER I could not get to the messages... I have proof I was forced to download VRBO app to communicate.. did that, logged in and then could not access any messages and could not figure out how to figure out what unit number was the one we rented.... My husband figured it out by luck ... we went to that unit number figured out which of 2 doors due to parking permit ... tried the code to get in and it worked.... So my advice do not use...
