「The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. 「I loved everything about this place- quiet, a short pleasant walk to town center, incredible breakfast and cafe vibes (and music!), electricity was better here than in other places I've stayed, AC worked well, nice patio, big bed and bathroom. As a solo female traveler I felt safe. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, arrange rides, etc. BOHOMA STUTHI!!!」

「We had a great stay at Surf Bay Villa! The owners were really hospitable to us despite it being the off-season. They even let me tag along to a local festival with them! The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, and the property is walking distance to both Dikwella and Hiriketiya beaches. 」

Comfy beds, beautiful ocean and sunset views, great pool and direct beach access, and wonderful staff who were always on hand to help. 「Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) .
