「Very clean and everything we needed. Walk to a French bakery or a Cafe for breakfast and walk to a brewery or restaurant in the evening. You also have the Cedar River with in walking distance. You can hear the power plant that’s close by at night. It quickly becomes slight background noise.」

「This home pretty much met all of our needs and was stocked with great supplies. Very spacious and incredible view of the Cedar River, which was serene and enchanting. It was nice to know the owners were nearby and very responsive. We will be frequent returnees as we have family there locally. 「Hotel staff was friendly, efficient and the room was clean. The furniture and appliances in the room seemed minimal and cheap compared to other hotels in this class. However, the beds were comfortable. There was a very strong smell of marijuana on our floor & there were doors slamming in the hall until after 2:30 am. These issues were not the fault of the hotel.」

「We were particularly looking forward to a relaxing hot tub after we arrived at the hotel. If fact, we called to ask if there was a hot tub because it didn't seem to list it on the website. Yes, we were told! Got there; Yes, there was a hot tub but the bubbler-motor of the tub wasn't working. Disappointing that it wasn't working & disappointing that we weren't told when we called.」
