"We had a lovely stay at this property which was conveniently located relatively close to the ski slopes and had all the amenities we needed. While there was a language barrier we managed to break it with the help of translation apps on the phone and the communication and flexibility of the host were great. The only surprise was that we had to pay extra for gas/electric and sheets and this was not clear on the description. The host did let us know once we booked which was great and we were fine...

"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. This is when I realised that we had been sleeping in dirty duvets and pillow covers. They also wanted us to place the wet used towels in the bottom of a wardrobe which had the previous...

"L’intérieur de a maison est agréable: Il n'y a pas de machine a laver le linge, mais l'appartement est vraiment agréable et fonctionnel.De plus, même si la façade donne sur la route (pouvant parfois être bruyante en journée), l’arrière est un paradis! "Très bon séjour, logement propre et bien décoré. Petit bémol concernant les équipements de la location. Certaines choses notées dans l’annonce n’étaient pas présentes (sèche cheveux, papier toilette, même pas un rouleau à l’arrivée..). Et malheureusement pas de produit ménagers seulement un balai, pas de sac dans la poubelle et flacon de liquide vaisselle complètement vide à l’arrivée. Je pense qu’avec ces petits détails réglés le logement serai idéal. Très bon séjour. "

"Dont judge a book by the cover. . The area around was industrial with a lot of car show rooms on a main road. Google maps showed the canal and River but you cant see these. HOWEVER, the welcome was warm and friendly. Between my poor French and the receptionist's broken English, we understood each other! The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a lovely court yard garden, with the rooms around. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside. We arrived on motorbikes, and immediately we were shown an area to park under a security camera. There were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. As we left, all the staff were cleaning and all said goodbye."

"We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France."
