「Communication was a bit robotic like. Ilaria didn’t answer any of my questions. Check in details were sent several hours before check in and were good and this kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. The apartment was spotless. The cleaning lady is lovely. No bottle opener in the apartment which was extremely annoying. No view. Expensive for a solo traveller better value for a family. 」

「Stedet er hyggeligt og ligger dejligt højt i forhold til byen, så man er lidt tilbagetrukket og oplever mere ro. Byen er dog blot en 15-20 minutters gåtur fra stedet. Der er en varm og personlig kontakt på stedet og en god service. Wifi’en var god. Værelserne fungerede fint og var meget renlige. Der var klimaanlæg(som man betaler for) hvilket var dejligt på varme dage. Lejligheden var derudover udstyret med gaskomfur, mikrobølgeovn, køleskab med frys og service. Byen, Pietra Ligure er...

「Very pleasant welcome and very helpful during my stay. Room was adequate, practical. Was a little warm and AC couldn’t be lowered past 24 degrees (was 33 degrees outside) Premises outside was nice, grounds were well kept with a pool, out door dining was also nice. 」

Non è presente l'aria condizionata ma vista la posizione della struttura l'appartamento risultava sempre abbastanza fresco. Ampia piscina (ben tenuta e pulita), parco giochi bambini. 「Mi hanno avvisato venerdì 21 per indisponibilità della camera a causa di "incomprensioni" tra la struttura e voi di Expedia . Un pò tardi per avvisare .......」

「Réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes dont 3 enfants, arrivant sur place, il manque un lit pour un enfant. Les responsables ont avancé une erreur d’expédia et ils m’ont proposé la location d’un lit en plus pour 15 euros par jour. Réseau wifi ne fonctionne pas ou rarement ( débit très faible ). Restriction du chauffage centralisé à des créneaux d’heures ( il faisait très froid la nuit !). J’ai dû réclamé la télécommande de la clim pour chauffer le logement. 「We have loved the apartment - but we have booked it because of the swimming pool. It was closed during our whole stay. They opened the whirlpool from the SPA - the whirpool was therefore very, very crowded and by far no place for a relaxing stay anymore. Furthermore, the coffee machine was not working correctly at breakfast time (one was out of order and the other one wasn't working correctly). The beds were confy. 」
