Royalton Vessence Barbados Adult-Oriented, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Now Open

"We stayed 6 nights (August 21st-August 27th) as Diamond Club members. From the second we arrived, we felt like we could exhale! We felt like we were on vacation immediately. We received professional, attentive service and check-in was pretty quick and seamless. Our Butlers (Michael, Chaddo, and Taneah) were excellent!! They were always available and responsive and addressed everything we asked for. But I want to also acknowledge that all the staff we encountered on the resort were super nice and helpful. The food at the resort was good! It's true only 2 of the 4 restaurants were open each night - but you can only eat at one at a time anyway. We really liked Kai Asian Fusion as our favorite. The beach was AMAZING! Beautiful. It is big enough and there are plenty of lounge chairs and beach service is very decent. The water is clear, warm and there is excellent snorkeling right at our beach (a lot of boat tours come and dock in the water in front of the resort to let snorkelers do their thing because it’s such a good spot). The roof pool and main level pool were very nice as well. The nighttime entertainment was pretty good but ends early. The weather was fantastic - hot, but not humid. It is a 1-minute walk into Holetown and there are great places to explore and lots shopping, a grocery store is like a 5 minute walk. We ate at Tides in town our last night - and it was so good and so memorable. The only thing I would say is that the Royalton could improve is"

"Friendly staff kept busy helping guests have a pleasant stay. From housekeeping to grounds keepers to food and beverages offerings, service was excellent. There is lots of food choices including some local ones. There is not a stretch of beach to sit on at the water level, but lounges are provided above the water with a great view. Snorkeling is good right at the resort. There are both local and high end shopping in walking distance. We would return again."

"Food was really good. Every evening some kind of entertainment. Right in Holetown close to everything. They have activities free and some you can book. Like a visit in a reggae bus trip speightstown for $7. Pool Clean, beach was great. Free catamaran for 2 hours."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and very helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever it was needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful options to start the day. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the pools were awesome—clean, inviting, and perfect for both lounging and swimming."

"The kitchen had everything a person could ever need. Dishes, cutting boards, measuring cups lots of pots and pans including excellent fry pans. We all enjoyed the pool as it was pretty warm. The house is spacious. We often sat on the front porch area and others sat by tv or watched movies they had dvds of downstairs Sarah met us when we arrived and was available anytime we had a question. Wifi was great for all 6 of us. It’s a short walk to lime grove for ice cream or Surfside for dinner or to watch sunset."

"A true home from home! The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The property was well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings and all new. Location was the best right where need to be in Holetown well within walking distance distance of the beaches and the beautiful pool. I will be recommending this property to all of my famil,friends and colleagues."
