ラゲージが、紛失し、遅れたのに、事前連絡していたせいか、ちゃんと2時間まっていてくれました。 部屋もそこそこ清潔で、お湯もでるし、okです。

Sense of responsibility
When I arrived at the airport, hotel shattle car was not come yet due to road has been blocked by police for students demonstolation of justice. In that time, hotel sent a staff who came by warking for relief customer´s seed of anxiety. Car was standstil on the road way to the airport at that time. Finally general manager came to receive me on the way to hotej. What the point is they did their best for hotei guest. About hotei：totaly very good.a little problem i

空港まで送迎をしてもらい助かりました。ホテル周辺は騒音があり、うるさいですが、ホテルのスタッフの対応は新設でまた利用したいと思います。

とても清潔でした。ただ、シャワーの水の量が、とても少なかったのが、ちょっと辛かった。 空港までの送迎もあるので安心です。

Highly recommend
This hotel is good value ! It's located near the airport and free airport pickup service is available. The room is clean. You can comfortably stay here. They have a safety equipment. There is a locked door on each floor, so it's not possible to enter other floors without key.

安心、安全、快適なホテル
空港への送迎は無料でしてくれます。空港からも近いので、交通渋滞の多いダッカでは大通りぞいで、良い立地かと思います。 また、近隣は高級住宅街なので安心できる地域です。ホテルの入り口には、必ず二人の警備員がいるので、女の子だけの旅でも安心できます。 ホテルのフロントだけではなく、レストランやルームサービスのスタッフ皆、感じが良く、たいへん親切な対応をしてくださり、感激しました。 夜おそく戻った時に、夜食のルームサービスでサンドイッチとサラダを頼みましたが、とても美味しかったです。 一階のカフェも美味しかったです。 部屋に石鹸やコップが足りなかったのですが、頼めばなんでも用意してくださりました。 各階のセキュリティもしっかりしているのでセキュリティ面でも安心です。 今回、女性だけでの利用でしたが、何の不自由もなく快適に過ごせました。 シャワーは、日本のような水圧はありませんが、お湯も出ましたし、さほど不自由は感じませんでした。 ホテル周辺には、お店もたくさんあり、アーロン(ショッピングセンター)、スーパー、カフェなど、歩いて行ける範囲でショッピングも楽しめます。 次回、ダッカに行くことがあれば、また利用したいと思います。

空港から車で１５分ほど。常に渋滞しているダッカ市内を考えるととても便利です。 価格を考えれば部屋も問題ないと言えるでしょう。

宿泊費とホテルのクオリティーはバランスが取れています。お湯もバスタブに入れるくらいの容量です。一番安い部屋はメイン道路に面していますので騒音が一日中途切れません。気になる方は部屋のカテゴリーを２ランク上げると問題ありません。

Cheap but not good condition or cleanliness
Pictures are a little misleading. I wasn't expecting this hotel to be particularly good but when I got there it was worse than I expected. The condition of the room and bathroom isn't very good and the level of cleanliness is also not very good. It had a working air-conditioner and the bed was pretty comfortable. Service was alright. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed in the hotel few years ago back in 2018. It was decent at that time. Recent stay experience is really terrible. Seems management has changed recently. It should 0 star review. Dirty everywhere, new dining area is like a bedroom with added sink for hand washing. It seemed like new management still using old reviews to get some business. Sad to see its became piece of garbage. I wont stay wont recommend to anyone

They cooked exactly what we wanted (it wasn't on the menu). They answered calls promptly and were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, no bugs, had no unpleasant odors. Warm shower water! The only thing I wish they could change is double glass on the window so the traffic noise wouldn't be so loud.

Friendly staff, not far from airport. Pick up and drop off services are very good. Have been using this hotel every time we/i visited BD (domestic and international transfer) for the last few years. Reasonable price and safe.
