"The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."

"The unit itself was nice. The building was a little rundown, but the actual unit was nice with nice kitchen, furniture, coffee, and solid WiFi. The reason I would not stay here again is the unit sits in a very busy street and is loud. When I say loud, I had to sleep with earplugs in my ears to drown out the noise. If that wasn’t enough noise on the adjacent street that runs perpendicular to the unit is what appears to be a frat type house if college age kids who enjoyed a party late into the night on Saturday. There were some little things like a dishwasher of dirty dishes upon arrival, no paper towels, and no wash clothes but, I’d overlook these issues as one offs if it hadn’t been for the noise. If someone is deaf, this might be the perfect unit, but if you are at all sensitive to noise this is not the unit for you. Even our 23 year old daughter who just graduated college last year found it hard to sleep through the combination of street traffic and the Saturday night party."

"Very comfortable and clean accommodations. All in our party were very impressed with all aspects of the arrangements. The keyless access was brilliant! Very family friendly and, although pet are allowed, we chose not to bring ours. The host was exceptionable with follow-through."
