She answered quickly and was most helpful and pleasant. She encouraged us to call her back if we had any other concerns or questions. Everything was clean and the cabin was well supplied. "WiFi was fine, but we would lose the TV WiFi after about 30 minutes of viewing. Happened both nights. The lock to get in was also really, really touchy. Often had to go through 6-8 attempts. Guests in the unit next door never could get it to work, so we helped them. Offering earplugs would be good. The road noise is bad there."
