Devil's Causeway Hike

We were in town for a Rockies game. We found the hotel to be quiet, clean, and all finishings were of the highest quality. We had breakfast before leaving and the menu was extensive and the food was delicious. If we return to town, we will stay at the Benson for sure! The staff was helpful and kind. True gem of a find!

I got there at 1PM they said there was a room available but they charged me $25 extra because the check in is at 4PM. If there was a room ready why they need to charge me extra for it?! There was no extra work neither inconvenience. And let’s be honest, who does a check in at 4PM?! Why am I paying for less than 24h staying in a hotel room? Plus, the parking lot cost $21. Rather than the extra costs, the room was comfortable and clean.

1. Only complaint was housekeeping staff used extremely undersized sheets on bed. Didn’t discover until bedtime and had to call for appropriate sheets and re-make the bed. Must have been a busy day for them. 2. Location made catching early flight easier. Would definitely stay there again.
