"Our main reason to stay was for our 7yo who is obsessed with transportation. We were allowed to bring him which for us was easy since he just shared the bed with us. Very comfy bed! We explored a bit around the property. The stay itself was short for us only overnight. Not a lot of reception which was great. Cosy enough for the 3 of us. Great little fireplace, excellent during the day. It was just a tad bit cold overnight as the split system didn’t really get to the bed area which is in the tram itself. Great place highly recommend! "A wonderful stay at Melissa’s beautiful house and property. A gorgeous renovation, garden and such peaceful surrounding with plenty of outdoor activities for the kids, we hardly left the property the whole weekend! Thanks so much for hosting us. "
"I stayed with my family, including grandparents, siblings and our children. Merricks North Retreat was a perfect haven for us to soak up family time and enjoy all there was to offer at this property. The tennis court, pool and hot tub were highlights for us all, but the horses in the neighboring property, the fantastic kitchen, the cleanliness of the house and property and the beautiful spaces to spend time together made the stay even more special. The location is brilliant, with great coffee and wine only short drives away. We were lucky with the weather, so didn’t get to have a fire, but this would also be lovely on cooler days/nights. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to make core memories with family and friends. "
