「The apartment is in the suburbs of Graz in a large middle-class condominium, parts of which are still under construction (august 2026). The building is just in front of the Messe and served very well by the Tram (Line 4) which easily drives you to the city center. 「Leuk huisje, het verblijf was schoon. Waar wel op gelet moet worden bij boeking van dit huisje is dat je al het warme water wat je nodig bent zelf moet warm stoken. Dit moet gedaan worden met de kachel in de keuken. Er is geen cv/boiler aanwezig. 」

「NO AC !!
The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed.
