The house is surrounded by a gigantic garden, which is completely private and surrounded by nature and woodland. Here you can relax and unwind. Erve Het Klaashuis is decorated in English style and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The unique location and atmosphere ensure a unique holiday experience
The wooded surroundings are perfect for lovely walks and cycling trips. You will find recreational lakes where you can swim, sunbathe, fish and even surf. In the nearby Outdoor Challenge Park, you will find a fun play forest, Europe's largest outdoor skate park, you can canoe, climb and do many more fun activities for the whole group. Everything can be found within walking distance of the country house. Ootmarsum and cities such as Oldenzaal, Hengelo and Enschede are definitely worth a visit. But staying in and around the country house is of course also possible. It is such a unique place where you can completely unwind, surrounded by nature, forest and a beautiful country estate. The outbuilding has a covered terrace with a fireplace and patio heaters, perfect for lovely long evenings with family or friends
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
