The breakfast was great, we had an issue with the Internet saying it was at 6 am and it was actually 7:00am but we have stayed many times and the food was good. Quiet and pillow s are wonderful. It seems there is issues with the pool, which is ok for us but not f or r families with children

We loved staying at the quality inn when we stay in Detroit Lakes 5 times a year. But the last three times we stayed the water slides and hot tub have been out of order. Which is the man reason we used to stay here. The staff has always been amazing and breakfast is great. But with five kids, we are always so disappointed to show up and the slides and/or hot tub aren’t working.

we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again.

We love try quality inn! We stay here every time we see in DL (2-4 times a year). Breakfast options are amazing. Parking is so easy. Water slides are fun for my kids.

While the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean and comfortable. The staff is incredible and the water slide was really fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Fall. I wanted to sit in from of the lobby fireplace and read a book.. was so cozy. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had so many great options and the coffee was hot and delish. I will definitely go there again… hopefully soon!

One of the best properties I've stayed at. Easy check-in, great location, and a variety of options for the free breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We came to go swimming but Hotels . Com failed to notify me the pool is shut down and has bugs in it. I would not have booked if o knew that. I’ve been a member for 15 years but this is the last time I book through this site customer service told me the could not get hold of someone at the hotel which was incorrect because they were waiting for a call. I’m done!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast bar has a variety of options and coffee is complimentary. Parking is convenient to the troll hunt.

Breakfast was good, parking was fine, the sidewalk was full of snow, in front of door of our room. We got very little sleep due to other guests being drunk and loud and unruly, staff did address it, but guests continued to be obnoxious. Screaming yelling pounding on things, the adults that were suppose to be supervising the minor hockey players were drunk as well. One of the most horrble stays i have had.
