Welcome to our historic Russell Woods mansion just 12 min from downtown! Free on-site parking and plush king-size beds make arrival and relaxation simple.

Sprawl out in five spacious bedrooms, unwind in the private lounge, then cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen.

Fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, outdoor seating and room for the whole crew—everything you need for an effortless Detroit stay.

10 minutes from midtown and downtown Detroit.

Fully restored. Sleeps up to 16 people (7 Queen beds and 1 double sofa bed).

Bar and lounge area. Old school arcade games and a PS5 game console. Chef`s kitchen, chandeliers, massive sofa and high-end finishes. Hi-speed internet. 3 Smart TVs.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood along a wide tree-line boulevard, you will enjoy peaceful privacy during your stay.
The maximum capacity for this house is 16 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property.


Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $200).

If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.

IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

Spacious home for our group of 10 to stay for our trip to the Ford plant, museum, and Greenfield Village. Upon arrival Derrick met us to show us the house. Lots of amenities and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well kept on the inside. Plenty of parking space in the back. Heads up on the neighborhood, maybe get your groceries before you go. We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday night. All was quiet and street was patrolled.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and massive home in the heart of Detroit—just a few miles from Comerica Park, making it perfect for our group trip!From the moment we booked, the host and her team provided top-notch communication. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience seamless.The house itself is incredibly well-appointed and huge! Our group of 16, including two toddlers, had plenty of space and slept comfortably—every bed felt like a cloud. The bathrooms were fully stocked with essentials (soap, toilet paper, towels), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including enough silverware and dishes for the whole crew.We couldn’t have asked for a better space for our stay. If you’re traveling with a big group and want comfort, convenience, and great hospitality, this is the place to book!

It was perfect!

The house is huge. We had 14 adults and there was plenty of space. Thank you for the kcup pods of coffee; it was a nice touch. Check in with Derrick was great, as he is friendly and easy to reach. We highly recommend this house...you won't be disappointed!

Good for large groups

The living room couch is perfect and large enough for everyone to hang out on. The bedrooms all have queen beds which was really nice. Great parking situation behind the house, enough for at least 6 cars. When we arrived a breaker needed to be flipped so I think that messed up the wifi. Even after working with the property manager to reset it, it didn't work so we didn't have wifi for the weekend and couldn't use the TV during our stay which was a bummer. The location was convenient, about a 20 minute drive from were we wanted to be downtown. It is Detroit so lock the door and don't answer the door for strangers. We had someone knock on the door trying to be paid to shovel the driveway after it snowed. Overall, I would recommend this property for large groups.

Great for Family Trip

Our family from all over the country meets in Detroit for a Lions game every year. This house had just enough room for 16 of us, was clean, and well appointed. Beds were comfy, and the 3rd floor annex room was a nice surprise. The room on the rear of the house was a good place to play cards without waking up the people who went to sleep early. They said they couldn't even hear us. We'd recommend this home for other large family groups.

Great Location

The property WAS VERY clean. It suited us 100% for our family wedding weekend. Location was great and close to everything. Everything was provided and all we needed was food and beverages. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Just note the 4 star on cleanliness was more for the DIY renovation not 100%. It has upscale look on an obvious budget. We are not upscale people so it suited us. COUCH ROCKED. my whole family wants to buy one. Thank you for accomodating us.

Great Property!

The house is huge and has plenty of space for everyone. Parking is super easy and has a gate. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues the entire time. It’s a great place for friends with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms.
