The property is great, the amenities are excellent, everything in the apartment/condo was clean and well maintained. Only concern would be if you had small children, you would need to bring a baby gate or something to block the stairwell entryway.

Everything was great, the place is quiet and clean, and well provisioned with everything you need for your stay. I have two suggestions, the candles make the place smell perfumy, I'd recommend removing or limiting them. I may be nice to have a small dining room table. The bar stools do not have enough counter overhang to sit comfortably. Last, if possible, increase water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink. Perhaps the shower has a plastic filter that is restricting water flow, it would be easy to remove it and improve performance.

Great Stay

This was a very nice property to stay in while we visited relatives. The kitchen had every cooking device needed including a Ninja blender and a juicer. We will book here for future visits. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the refigerator didnt make ice and I have to have an iced drink at bedtime. Maybe the filter just needs changed. Highly recommended!!

Great place for short visit.

Condo is nice. Area is nice close to shopping restaurants. The apartment was clean but needs a deep clean. I really feel they need to go through. It was just over abundance of dishes, pots and pans made it hard to get to things we needed. There was old spices, and old food in the refrigerator and freezer maybe should have been thrown out. Maybe a good deep cleaning, but overall it wasnice. , it was a goodstay.

The apartment was clean and inviting. The seating was enough and super comfy. The place was also stocked with some necessities, which are appreciated. Communication with the owner was good and easy. Offering 2 methods even. The crystal living room lamp and stairway chandelier are beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is the stairs, but that’s not meant to be a complaint. They were just not pleasant after a long day and having old knees. The cost is very fair. Thanks!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Ruby's two bedroom condo. She had everything you would need for a quick stay. We were provided the check in/check out information ahead of time and had no issues while we were there. I did have to clean a few of the glasses before we used them because you could tell they hadn't been used in quite a while, but honestly, I usually do that when staying at a VRBO anyhow. All else was clean and she had all you needed in the kitchen to make a meal. Some items are a bit dated, but it is exactly like the pictures so you will not be surprised. And once again, that was completely fine because the sofa and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place as it is near many stores and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the highway, so easy to get anywhere. Thanks for a nice stay!!

Ease and Comfort

This was my first Vrbo stay and I was a little confused on how to find the address, Vrbo and user error not host. Once we got there, it was clean - looked just like the photos and easy to access. They have basically everything in the kitchen you could ask for if you’re planning on cooking. The beds were AMAZING. I don’t even get that great of sleep on my own bed. I was looking forward to getting back and going to sleep. It’s definitely a firm bed so if you don’t like firm be aware. I felt at home. I didn’t feel like I was staying at someone else’s home. It was so relaxing to just be there. If they will have us, I will 100% use them whenever I come to Michigan.

Ruby's Canton, MI

We chose Lilley Pointe Condominiums because it was close to relatives that we were visiting. Our unit was a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor of a four unit building. We never heard the neighbors next to us, or below us, but we did see them come and go. The neighborhood is quite attractive and close to all the restaurants and businesses on Ford Rd. (MI 153). A rental car is a must. The unit was very clean and well equipped with just about anything you can think of, except for a toaster. We managed without one. The unit does not have a dining room table, but accommodates four people at a kitchen island, quite adequate for my wife and me. The queen size beds were very comfortable. The furniture was very solid and attractive. The owner provided bottled water, coffee tea and some nutrition bars. The cabinets were loaded with a wide variety of spices. The hostess was very accommodating. We had one minor issue with power to the microwave that Ruby helped us solve immediately with a telephone call.We will stay here again when we come back to Plymouth.

Simple and Quiet

Locating the property was pretty easy and there was ample parking. The building itself is a bit older and is showing its age on the outside and inside. You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. Unless i am booking a resort, where the room is the destination and focus of the trip, I am looking for safety, quiet, and sleep. This delivered all three of those things. The internet and TV are satellite, that comes with the normal satellite reliability. If strong consistent internet is important I would recommend using hotspot. Again, this is not why we were there. We visited downtown Detroit for the NFL Draft and the drive to and from downtown was very easy and free of most traffic. The host took care of the one hiccup we had quickly and the rest of the stay was a breeze. Lots of shopping and restaurants less than a mile away. Literally everything you could ever want. If ever there was a need for me to be in the Detroit area I would not hesitate to book it again.
