Welcome to our cozy, beautifully renovated ranch home! You get the entire house, backyard with a covered patio and driveway to yourself. Perfect size for a family or small group to enjoy with a finished basement, both levels of the house are warm and welcoming, having been renovated recently. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Plymouth & major freeways. Centrally Located: I-275, M-14 & I-94: 5 Mins; Ann Arbor: 25 Mins; DTW Airport: 20 Mins; Detroit: 25 Min. Book now! The ranch house has three dedicated bedrooms plus an office. One full bathroom with shower/bath combo and half bath in basement. Main floor (900 sqft) has living room with 55" Roku TV, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with twin beds, dedicated office, kitchen and dining area to comfortably seat six. Finished basement (approx 600 sqft) with second lounging area with 40" Roku TV, laundry area, queen bed and half bath. Large, outdoor area with covered patio and chairs & table. High speed WiFi provided. Ring doorbell camera at front house exterior door & garage roof mounted Ring camera monitoring exterior of garage door. NOTE: guests do not have access to the garage. Guests have access to entire house but will not have access to garage. It's unlikely you will see me during your stay which allow you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have any questions, just send a message via the app. The house is in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Plymouth, just over 20 miles from DTW airport, and half way between Ann Arbor and Detroit (25 mins away). Car is the best mode of transportation, but downtown Plymouth is a very short Uber or Lyft ride away too. - No smoking ($250 fee if violated) - No parties - No pets - Exterior cameras at front doorbell & another on garage roof monitoring garage door entrance. - No unauthorized/unregistered guests - No weapons or illegal drugs allowed - Quiet hours from 11 pm - 6 am - Late check-out subject to fine of additional night stay

Creating great memories in our home away from home.

This was our home away from home for our vacation as a family. We were excited to return to Michigan where I grew up and to bring our son, his wife and our two teenage grandchildren to visit for their first visit. This home worked perfectly for a family of six. The kitchen easily fit all six of us for family dinners. There were plenty of areas to relax, watch TV and play games between the living room and finished basement area. The home was clean and the furnishings nice and comfortable. The location was great and quiet. The subdivision is very nice and safe. We walked it most evenings when we were home. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the beautiful Downtown Plymouth which offers many food and shopping options in a beautiful setting. The location is well suited to getting on highways for heading to many tourist destinations. We enjoyed trips to Frankenmuth, the Ford Rouge Plant and Ford Museum, Hitsville and Greek Town, Spicer’s Apple Orchard and Cider Mill, Kensington Park, and Niagara Falls. It was always nice to return to our vacation home where everyone had space to do their own thing after a day or so of adventure. The Host was very responsive to our questions and assisted us when we requested changes to our rental dates. You can’t go wrong choosing this vacation home and a Host you can count on to meet your needs. We appreciate all the great memories this home helped us make during our Michigan vacation.

Clean House and Quiet Neighborhood

The process was smooth, house neat and updated, neighborhood was quiet, and communication was thorough. Our sons are runners and the neighborhood and quaint downtown area were ideal. I wondered if we might hear noise from the highway but we didn't at all. Janice was a great host and we would stay again.

Comfortable home

Not fancy but very comfortable -- and a great value! It's in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to a restaurant and drugstore. The basement bedroom was too chilly for me but one couple in our group liked the cool temp and the privacy of the basement. We visit this area often and we'd stay here again.

Plymouth Rental

My wife and I rented this property for 4 nights so we could visit my son and his family that recently purchased a home in Plymouth. This house was perfect for our needs and I will definitely try to book again the next time we come to visit. The house was very clean and had all the items needed to enjoy your stay. Janice was very helpful and I hope we can rent this house again!
