Lisa, who was working at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we booked this stay based on a previous visit and knowing there was a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not working. The kitchen was closed (we checked in a little early at 3pm, and that was for the entire day/night). The bar was also closed (Lisa, who worked the front desk, did offer to make drinks if we did want some since the bartender wasn't there.) There were zero amenities. We were also not offered any type of refund for the lack of amenities that we booked this hotel for. And since we couldn't get a refund (per Expedia's policies) we were unable to rebook a different hotel in the area.

I had to cancel reservation at the time of check-in because their pool and hot tub were closed- for 3 weeks! I had to find another accommodation same day. Would’ve been nice to get a call ahead of check-in to inform me of the facilities being closed.

I wish I would’ve saw the reviews a lot sooner. The staff was amazing and I am in no way blaming them for the mess they are in. It is clear that Marriott doesn’t take care of this location. When we first got there one of the first red flags was that the automatic door was broken, not too big of a problem, just pointing out the signs. The next one was the pool and spa being broken. That is one of the main reason why I booked this hotel in this area. This was one of the only places I saw a spa and pool at that was a reasonable price. The next issue was in the room. There were lights not working and nor were the TVs. Luckily, we were able to get the remote to change channels but we weren’t able to connect to any sort of streaming services, or switch over the HDMI for different devices. After reading the other reviews I realized this isn’t a first time issue for past guests and these issues don’t seem to be resolving. This place definitely needs a remodel and I hope it gets it sooner rather than later. I would hate for another person to have to deal with what my partner and I did.

The hotel had no heat. The pipes burst and the hotel was freezing our entire stay. My daughter wanted to go swimming the pool area was below freezing. The hot tub was not hot it was barely warm and was broken. The condensation from the pool area being so cool and the building being cold made the walls and ceiling sweat so sitting in the pool area was gross only God now’s what was dripping down on me the whole time. The manager was very nice about the situation but no discounts were offered or no money back nor apologies given. It was a waste of money. Motel 6 was better than this! Breakfast was cold just like the entire stay I will NEVER ! Be back

At first we loved the hotel… but upon checking in we were told that the room deposit was $150 not the $100 listed in the hotel.com ad, and the check in email sent after booking ( both stated $100 deposit) when I said something because it was not presented that way before check in ( and also I’ve never heard of a deposit worth more that the nightly rate) I was told Marriott changed it and to hurry up cuz their were other guests waiting. Upon entering our room it seemed fine but the shower was not clean, there was only 2 towels ( went to front desk to ask for more and couldn’t find anyone) we grabbed a cpl from the pool area, the TV in the bedroom didn’t work ( didn’t know until 11pm) called the front desk and was told they’d reach out to maintenance, they called back 10 min later said there was no maintenance available and we could change rooms ( not at 11pm) or they could issue a $20 refund but in order to get that I’d have to contact hotels.com ( which I did and when they tried to reach the hotel they couldn’t get a response ( I did get the $20 in credit to use on hotels.com but it took me 2 phone calls to them and 3 days to sort that out! Also the hot tub doesn’t work, there’s way too many chemicals being used and definitely not enough ventilation ( the hot tub was the main reason we picked this hotel so that was very disappointing) and lastly the breakfast was advertised as a buffet with many options and it was no different than the continental breakfast at holiday inn!

The fromt desk staff was very nice. The main lovby area was well maintained and looked clean. However, the rooms are pretty bad. We had to switch rooms at first because our tvs did not work. After going to the new room, we realized just how gross all of the rooms must be. Stains on the carpets, signs of leaks in ceilings, toilets, walls etc., and the couches were so stained up. Not a great place. It needs some serious help.

The room was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was above any other hotel breakfast. The only issue was a kids birthday party and the staff weren't able to keep up on the food to accommodate everyone even though there were not many other guest in the hotel.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing, my girl Lisa at the front desk quite as it matters but it’s helpful as a giant I really appreciate her.
