The house is set back in a private area on the property of an artist's studio. There are sculptures placed around the property that you will see as you enter and drive past the studio and into your own secluded area. Parking is next to the house. When you drive into the property you will pass through a gate.
The house has new a/c and heat. It has well water with a water softener. Soft towels, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer are provided as are cleaning products in the kitchen and bath. Linens, extra blankets, and pillows are provided. The internet is reliable. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, cooking pots, dishes, glasses, microwave, and a drip coffee maker. Coffee, sugar packets, salt and pepper are in the cabinet. There are grocery stores and laundry places in the area if needed.
