  • Welcome to the Urban experience featuring high ceilings, stylish decor, and natural sunlight. The unit is located in Downtown Detroit in the historic Corktown District. This place is perfect for relaxing or working. The beautiful Detroit River is within a 3 min walking distance with a beautiful view of the Ambassador Bridge, with Canada across the river. We are located Downtown with Casinos, nightclubs, and sporting venues within 5 min. Self-entry check-in and gated parking are available.

Very cute and clean loft. The bed was super comfy. The host was very responsive and helpful. The check in process was a little confusing and it was a little hard to locate the building but host helped by sending pictures. Area around the building is a bit sketch but knowing you had to unlock the building to get in made you feel a bit safer. Aside from the weed smell when you walked in the building, the girl screaming and what sounded like marbles rolling along the floor at night, it was a pleasant stay.

They mean it when they say no parties. Can hear TV at normal volume from the floor above, these lofts transmit sound easily, so I could see how quiet hours are important to observe. Bed was cozy, the loft is stylish, and the friendly refreshments were a nice touch. Close to cool things in downtown.

Very convenient to bus lines and downtown. Kitchen is well-appointed and the whole space is comfortable and fairly quiet (the neighbors did sometimes play music very loudly, but they seemed to honor quiet hours).

The loft is spacious and has an historical ambiance. We appreciated the gated, free parking. The entrance process into the building is not convenient. The area the building is located in, though only five minutes to downtown, is in a very rundown area. The tenants or guests located above us were noisy and argumentative with one another which was disturbing. Though we were able to climb the stairs up and down to the apartment, some renters might find it difficult to do so.

Absolutely awesome stay! The apartment is super clean and cozy and the property owner is so thoughtful with her little extras and touches that make this apartment so fun and inviting! Great communication with the host! Highly recommend! A hidden GEM for sure! We loved our stay so much and would 100% book again!!!! And while you’re here, make sure to stop in Corktown at Cork & Gabel and Batch Brewing Company! Great proximity to these amazing restaurants and also just a quick drive or Uber into downtown!

The loft was very clean and conveniently located to several freeway options. (I was staying for business and was driving back and forth to Dearborn and the airport) as well as the fantastic and unique neighborhood of Corktown. The gated parking was also a bonus.The host provided very good instructions about the keys, parking fob and there was a great coffee station in the loft. The bathroom was very nice. It was a very welcoming stay.
