Great Place!

My friend and I had such an amazing time staying here! We stayed for a concert and it was the perfect distance from Little Caesar’s Arena. I felt safe in the area we were, and I like that there is a gate around the parking lot! I would definitely stay here again.

Concert weekender

My girl and I drove out for a concert at the Masonic and this spot was perfect for us. I have rented here before and I always come back. 420 friendly and a big open space.

This studio apartment was beautiful! Erica was a fantastic host -- very kind and responsive. Corktown is a great spot for folks looking for delicious restaurants and cool bars within a 1 mile radius.

An eclectic condo with soothing vibes and space to just chill. Close to the city yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Don't let the parking fool you, once inside and settled it's everything as advertised. Would stay again next time in Detroit.

Artsy Loft with a View

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property for New Years Eve this year. The loft was just what we needed. A nice space to take pictures before we went out and a nice quiet place to lay our heads when the night was over. I appreciate gated parking.

So Comfy!

I loved everything about Erica’s place, especially the art all over. I would definitely recommend it. Nice and quiet & not far from all the night life. My boyfriend stopped by and was amazed, he said he needs to know who decorated the place lol.

Really nice property

Check-in was easy & owner was quick to respond to questions. The room was very comfortable & stylish, and is in a quiet part of the city but is a quick drive to downtown. The only thing I wasn’t jazzed about was the loft bed, because it was difficult to get to (the only access point is a stepladder). The couch is comfortable though, so if you need two beds you’re not out of luck.

Summer Baseball Trip

My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.

The room was very cozy, close proximity to Comerica park. Parking looked a little sketchy at first glance but my car was safe, no issues. The area was quiet, not super busy. The bar accross the street had delicious food and drink and great service. Very convenient. The decor was very cool, i kept noticing something new everytime i looled around. It’s in a very old warehouse style building. It’s on the very top floor in which you had to climb very steep steps to get up and down. With your luggage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with hip or knee problems or Just overall health issues renting this place due to the steps. It’s an apartment building as well, so you’re staying in a place with a bunch of people that live there and other units. The property looked kind of sketchy from the outside litter everywhere in the parking lot And it looks like some vehicles have been sitting there for a long time that broke down and sketchy. Upon arrival, it was pouring rain as we entered the apartment rental. It was leaking inside in several spots. So we dealt with puddles and constant sounds of dripping. The showerhead remnants of fake eyelashes. So clearly it wasn’t fully washed down properly. Bed was not too comfortable. Overall, the place was just OK. It looks cool. It’s in a cool area. The views of downtown are pretty cool in the river. You do have everything you need The warehouse vibe is pretty neat. Basically, all in all not a bad stay just could use a lot of updating and better cleaning
