"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Empezar contando que nosotros los reservamos para el campamento de Zagora. El dueño del campamento me escribió por whatsapp comentandome que al final en el de Zagora no tenían hueco y me pasaron al de Tagounite (60 km mas abajo de Zagora). El campamento está una duna bastante grande, alejado de la carretera a 16 km de Tagounite. Está decorado bastante bien para estar en medio del desierto, tienen agua y electricidad. El baño estaba un poco sucio, pero nada importante, toral para pasar una noche...

"Accès à l'hôtel impossible sauf à des voyageurs sac à dos. Escalier difficile au début et très étroit par la suite. Chambre sans confort. Le préposé à l’accueil a très bien compris la situation et en principe ne nous facturera pas. De plus comme le titre indiquait Agdz nous pensions que l'hôtel était bien à Agdz, mais en fait il est dans la province d'Agdz, à 40 km au sud de Agdz en direction de Zagora! "Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "
