"Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel - Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by hotels.com when we made the reservation. Although they do not have a on premise carpark area, you can park in a multi level carpark that is connected to the hotel with a special 24 hr rate of 1500 yen. Very convenient. Also, easy to get food as it is just opposite the train station."
