"Our room was one of the nicer ones and had a great view. The bed was comfy and there were a selection of pillows. It was on the 4th floor however and no elevator, so be prepared for that"

"Wow! This hotel property is amazing! The resort pool and gardens are beautiful, and the views across the river to the karst topography in the Vang Vieng area are breath-taking! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful -- with lots of options to choose from, and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. My room was huge, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. And I loved my outdoor patio space with poolside and mountain views! Incredible! Finally, its location in Vang Vieng is perfect -- quiet and conveniently walkable to the downtown area, and next to the walking bridge over the river, so if you want to ride one of the hotel's complimentary bikes out to Nam Xay viewpoint, it's a straight shot. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"I liked the location, close to the motorcycle bridge and places to eat. The night market was a reasonable stroll away. The room was nice but the chairs could use a good cleaning. I suspect some previous occupants were to blame for that."

"Room was of a good standard with stunning views! One complaint the patio door was missing its insulation allowing mosquito to invade the room and i got a few bites. Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel. Stunning fews, peaceful and centrally located. They even gave us a late checkout for free. Book your trips through the frint dedk, honest and safe. insulation was missing and lots of mosquito invading the"

"General appearance is past its best, the was okay, shower needed updating and deep clean. Decor needed updating, balcony could do with a bit of an update/repair. Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and cheerful. Other staff could have been a bit more friendly."

"Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to town/airport/bus/train stations. If ever I was in town, I would stay at this hotel again. "
