「This hotel was awesome」

「Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had a couple of issues that required maintenance. Pool was out of order. The fitness center was not clean and there were no towels or products to sanitize the equipment.」

「Beautiful house! The house was very clean and was nice and peaceful, we would definitely stay here again when we visit Wise. Thank you for everything you did for us.The Parrott's」

「Excellent and comfortable. Would love to stay longer and will return if ever back in Wise VA.」

「Nothing but fantastic at Nottingham Place.Beautiful home more like a B and B.We were there for our grandsons baseball games in the State Championship. The owners were friendly and the front porch is the secret weapon. Got to watch a sweet bird family in the curtains on the porch. Love the cats!!We enjoyed cocktails and fantastic sandwiches from Just Melt It around the corner. Would recommend to anyone visiting Wise.」

「Location was perfect 」

「We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. The owners thought of every thing for the rooms.」

「The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「The bed was comfortable but the hotel needs to be better taken care of. There was a cleaning rag left in the bathroom and there were pieces of a mop left on the floor. The breakfast was nothing but bagels and a couple of kinds of cereal. There was coffee and milk and juice. The staff is friendly. But the hotel definitely needs some maintenance and upkeep.」

「Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast options were limited.」

「What a unique experience getting to stay at this old country store. I admire the owner's desire to preserve a part of history. The property was exceptionally clean, well-supplied and I had a wonderful stay. If I need overnight accommodations in the area, I'll definitely try to stay here again.」

「Best stay we have had in the area. Wonderful place. Will stay here again!!!」

「The property was clean and just as advertised. The owner was also very flexible in extending our check out time by a little bit since the checkout time was 10 and we had a funeral at 1, leaving us with 3 hours of downtime. We were all very appreciative and would leave a higher review if possible!」

「This house is just what we need when coming in to Whitesburg to visit family!」

「Wonderful accommodation! Clean, great lighting, nicely decorated, well-stocked, modern kitchen.」
