「Our travel companion had a medical emergency and I had to cancel. Unfortunately the rate was non refundable. So we didn’t get to stay there. They should implement more flexible rates. 」

「Our stay absolutely blew us away. The tent was stunning with a private pool and fire pit. To top it off it was the clearest night sky filled with more stars than I’ve ever seen and breakfast delivered to the tent in the morning was a lovely touch. The staff were fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make the experience special. We loved the entire stay and honestly didn’t want to leave⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away....

「We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning . 「Superb location for ‘ either side’ of the beach, with path directly onto the beach. Delightfully peaceful, with easy access to local restaurants. Staff very helpful in locating places to visit. I can thoroughly recommend Bay View Guest House. 」

「We loved this place! The ocean view from our room was spectacular. We checked out a few other places in town that are more expensive and the view from the Linhof is the best! Breakfast was excellent. Shirley, the manager who runs this place, merits special mention. She helped us get our bags upstairs, served us our breakfast and always had a smile and a kind word. We will definitely return.」
