「全体としてはまずまずよ良かった。 オールインクルーシブは楽で良いが結局ほとんど同じブッフェなのですぐに飽きる。 ワックスなのか洗剤なのかわからないが、部屋の床があまりにも滑りすぎて娘が2度転んだ。 プールのタオルがカード引換制でやや面倒。カードをなくすと3000ルピー弁償というのもやりすぎな気がする。」

We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. 「The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. 」

「Annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, je dirai que c’est plutôt un 2 étoiles. Niveau propreté ça laisse au désirer : nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes la chambre (gouttes de café sur les meubles de chevet et cadre de lit). Sans compter les draps et taies d’oreiller tachés. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem, extrem zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit rund um die Uhr - wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat einen perfekten ausblick von den balkons auf das Meer und wir empfanden es als sehr schön, dass man nicht mitten in der Stadt ist sondern sehr viel weniger Trubel um einen herum ist.
