「The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.」

The finishes are nice enough, but the bathroom fixtures, etc. are old and paint spattered. The breakfast was on par with most American hotels - not very good. I pass through this area several times per year, but will try a different hotel next time.」

I’m coming there to sleep not spend time hanging out in a room. The bed needs to be comfortable. Our bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on. It was so bad I actually contemplated moving to the floor and sleeping on my yoga mat.」
