「We were provided individual breakfast packs at check-in which was a nice touch and removed the need to go searching for food early next morning. The room was very clean, a good size, and conveniently located, whilst the electric blankets were a very welcome inclusion in the chilly weather. The room could have used extra wall / ceiling lights and some additional power points - but all up a very comfortable stay, and we will happily book there again.」

「We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unexpected find!Mish, the host, was excellent with communication and thoughtfully prepared the cottage with little touches such as easter eggs for the kids.It was a very comfortable stay, the house well set up with a dishwasher, large fridge and gas oven/stovetop, as well as an outdoor bbq. The woodfire was easy to use and kept the place cosy overnight.Downstairs, the daybed and sofabed were good for the kids while we appreciated retreating up...

「Location in the bush was the best point. However, access to the water supply was problematic. We had to reset the pump ouside every time we needed to turn on a tap. A call to the owner produced no assistance.」

「We had a delightful stay at the Shearer's Huts and had a great time testing our telescopes and astrophotography while we were there. Beds are comfy, kitchen is cute, fridge was generously full. We appreciated the fire pit on cold nights too. Lucy is a wonderful host. 」
