It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. 」

Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. 「We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

「Where do I start??? This house was amazing! Every detail was carefully thought out. We had 5 families, one with an infant and one with two toddlers. There was PLENTY of room and privacy for everyone. We cooked at the house several nights and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for large groups. The location was perfect.
